Bespoke property management

I started Propalpin to provide a discreet and bespoke service to property owners in Verbier. With the help of a network of local preferred partners, I provide to owners a single contact for the maintenance and care of their property, as well as household management. Every owner has different needs and so I tailor my service to each. This ranges from collection and forwarding of mail, through to the full management and administration of the property and liaison with chalet operators, fiduciaries and others. It can include;

Administration

  • Forwarding of mail.

  • Control of invoicing.

  • Book keeping.Budgeting.

  • Cost management and efficiency.

  • Liaise chalet operators. I work both with owners who manage the rental of their property themselves, as well as those who use the services of an operator. I know all of them well have already work with most of them to differing degrees.

  • Arrangement of local services such as massage, beauty therapy and ski instruction.

  • Control of appropriate insurances. If you are renting your property out underwriters need to be kept up to date of the nature of the occupancy, terms of the rental contracts and any deposits which are held.
